Rodolph Salem is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with over 20 years of experience providing comprehensive accounting, audit, tax advisory, and financial management services to multinational organizations and high-net-worth individuals. Throughout his career, he has worked across diverse industries, including construction, HVAC, insurance brokerage and reinsurance, manufacturing, and professional services, leading critical functions in financial reporting, compliance, and business planning.

A Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and an active member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (CIA), and the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), Rodolph Salem also holds deep expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and US GAAP, and is in the process of completing the US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential.

Rodolph Salem has directed full-cycle accounting operations and financial controls for multiple entities, holding authorized signatory powers and representing organizations in regulatory and shareholder matters. His experience includes overseeing the preparation consolidated financial statements, managing internal and external audits, implementing robust internal controls in line with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and ensuring compliance with a wide range of local and international tax regulations.

In addition to his corporate leadership roles, Rodolph Salem has maintained an active independent practice, providing clients with financial statement preparation, tax planning, budgeting, and audit support.
