Client Confidentiality

Private Matters. Professional Care.

At Aventrix Advisors, LLC, we understand the importance of protecting the confidentiality of the personal and business information you entrust to us. This policy applies to all of our professional services, including Accounting and Bookkeeping, CFO Outsourcing, Taxation, Forensic Accounting, Payroll Services, and Audit and Assurance.

Our Commitment to Confidentiality

The Federal Trade Commission requires tax and advisory firms to provide clients with an annual statement of their privacy policies. Our policy is as follows:

All information you provide to us—whether related to accounting records, financial reports, payroll data, tax returns, audits, or investigative engagements—is treated with the highest level of confidentiality. Your information will only be accessible to members of our team who require it to perform the services you have engaged us for.

We will never disclose your information to any outside party without your prior written consent, unless required by law. For example, if a bank, lender, or regulatory authority requests specific financial documents or reports we have prepared, we will first ask you to provide written authorization before responding—unless disclosure is legally mandated.

Advisor–Client Privilege and Limitations

While all information you share with us is treated as confidential, it is important to understand the limits of legal privilege. In certain circumstances, advisor–client privilege applies only to non-criminal tax advice relating to matters before the IRS or to non-criminal tax proceedings in federal courts. Standard services such as tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll processing, or audit engagements are not protected by this privilege.

If you believe a matter requires legally protected communications, please inform us immediately so we can discuss whether you should consult with an attorney for legal advice.
